Postage & Delivery
Denmark: 
MyPack Home: You can choose to have your packet delivered directly to your address with Postnord. Delivery in Denmark: 1-3 working days. You can fill in the instruction field in your order if you wish your packet to be placed at a particular place, e.g. "carport".
Postnord delivers packets Monday to Friday, and Saturday home delivery is now also possible in the following cities: København K (1050-1473), København V (1550-1799), København Ø (2100), København N (2200), Odense C (5000), Aarhus C (8000), Aalborg (9000).
MyPack Collect: You can also choose delivery to a pick-up point near your address.
Delivery to our shop: You can choose pick-up in our shop in Copenhagen (transport costs: DKK 10,-).
The products will be delivered from our remote warehouse to the shop and are ready to be picked up the following day.
Please wait for a notification mail from African House, which confirms that your order has changed status to "Ready for pick-up".
Our shop is located at Abel Cathrines Gade 3, 1654 Copenhagen V.
International: We also deliver to Sweden, Finland, Germany, France, Belgium, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, Italy, Portugal.
Right of Cancellation & Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. You must notify African House, that you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the item. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. You will then get a refund of the paid amount/price of the product. If you regret parts of a delivery, you will get a refund for the returned item(s). Please note that you pay the costs for returning the item. We do not refund the price of food and cosmetics, if the packaging is broken or the item is damaged. You can print a return label here:
