Made from finely milled Ghanaian millet and spices, this flour is perfect for preparing traditional Hausa koko porridge. Free from preservatives, it offers an authentic taste of West Africa.
Preparation: Take 4-6 tablespoon of hausa koko and mix with cool water to form a paste.
Add the mixture to a desirable quantity of boiling water.
Stir with a wooden ladle for about 5-10 minutes to avoid boiling.
Add water if lighter consistency is required.
Add milk and sugar to taste is desired and serve.
Tip: Fried bean cakes or soft bread can be dipped into the porridge
